How We Work
At Ecoloo we strive to make your experience as smooth as possible. From the delivery process, to using the facilities, to the servicing and maintenance of the toilets, all the way through the collection.
Ecoloo operates with our flagship EcoLoo self-contained restroom units. These units come in single and double door boxes as well as a single ADA box.
The reason for using boxes instead of trailers are as follows:
Even though is makes it harder for us to deliver and collect, the customer experience is superior.
The floor level is closer to the ground, with only one small step into the unit. This makes it easier for older people to get into and out of our unit, and makes it safer all round.
There are no wheels and tow hitch to be covered and dealt with.
Because there is no tow hitch, we can stack the units neatly in a row, or place them back to back, or in U shape.
COVID 19 introduced us to new concepts and EcoLoo is perfectly suited to social distance. When Ecoloo toilets are placed 6 feet apart we can reduce contact risks. The fact that we have separate outer doors also ensure there is no close contact with people pushing past each other like in common door restrooms.
We don’t supply large units as they are difficult to maneuver and less versatile. But we do cater for large events or gatherings. We stack them and pack them to your desired capacity.
All our toilets are fitted with individual handwash basins, this allows each user to use a toilet and handwash facility (fitted with mirrors and lights) in perfect privacy and with no need to share common handwash facilities.
Delivery and Collection
We have a variety of options when it comes to moving our Ecoloo units.
We normally move them making use of a truck mounted crane. This is the most versatile option. It allows us to lift it over walls and place them in exactly the place you require it.
We also make use of our Moffett truck mounted forklifts.
The forklift delivery method is fast and effective. It is off road enabled and can get into and out of tight spots. It is also the preferred method of movement when larger number of toilets are delivered to site.
Flight Data Recorder
All our toilets will be fitted with our proprietary “Black Box” that connects to all the tanks, batteries and pumps.
This allows us to not only track the units, but also monitor the freshwater and sewage levels, as well as the battery levels.
This gives our customers peace of mind, to know that we keep an eye on the toilet (remotely) and we will inform you when you need to have it serviced. With our competitors you will need to inform them when you have to refill the freshwater or empty the sewage. With us you would not even know that it was need and have been done.
